Return Policy for Let's Bee Organic

1. Return Eligibility: Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

2. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

3. Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount for all eligible returns.

4. Non-Returnable Items: Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

5. Initiating a Return: To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

6. Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
